I'm HereTerms of Service
“I'm Here” is provided by MooseQuest LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the app or a share link, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. The service
I'm Here lets a Tesla owner share a live “arriving in X minutes” link with a friend. Use it lawfully and only to share your own location or a location you're authorized to share. A share link is a capability — anyone who holds it can view the live location while the share is active, so treat it like a secret. Shares auto-expire after 24 hours and the owner can stop a share at any time.
2. SMS / text message notifications
I'm Here offers an optional arrival-notification text message program.
- How you opt in: On the I'm Here live-tracking web page you tap “Text me when they arrive” and enter your mobile number. That action is your express consent to receive the message below.
- What you'll receive: An automated text from I'm Here (MooseQuest LLC) when the vehicle you're tracking arrives at the pickup location — for example: “Your ride has arrived at 1451 Brabham St. — I'm Here.”
- Message frequency: Low and transactional — you receive one message per pickup you opt into. This is not a recurring or marketing program.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out / help: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email support@moosequest.net.
- Carriers: Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your number: We use your mobile number only to send the arrival alert. It is not sold or shared for marketing and is deleted when the share expires (within 24 hours). See our Privacy Policy.
3. No warranty
The service is provided “as is.” Location data, ETAs, routes, and notifications may be delayed or inaccurate and depend on Tesla, your carrier, and network conditions. Do not rely on I'm Here for safety-critical or time-critical decisions.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MooseQuest LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed or late notifications.
5. Subscriptions
I'm Here Plus is an optional, auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's in-app purchase system, at $1.99/month or $14.99/year, with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. Demo Mode and connecting a Tesla are free — you do not need to subscribe to use the core app.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel: Manage or cancel your subscription any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Refunds: All billing is handled by Apple; refund requests are subject to Apple's policies, not ours. Contact Apple support to request a refund.
- Pricing: Prices are set by Apple and may vary by region or change over time; the current price is always shown in the app before purchase.
